Youth
What are Sinai youth up to?
Asking questions - using their gifts - connecting faith to daily life......
All youth in 6th - 12th grade are invited to take part in youth events at Sinai.
Learning:
Confirmation - 7th-8th grade
Wednesday's 6:30-7:30pm during the school year.
Confirmation Mentors/Parents build faith-sharing relationships
between youth & adults.
LYON Assembly - November - a gathering for ELCA Lutheran Youth from
around the state.
Serving:
Summer Mission or ELCA Gathering Trips - Sr. High youth will join in a
Youthworks Mission trip to Duluth Minnesota in the summer 2025.
CROP Walk - walk for those who are hungry
Care Corps Meals & Other Community Service Projects
Worshiping
Youth serve as worship assistants and sing in choirs.
Fundraising:
Sinai youth are supported by the church in many ways, including financially.
Fundraisers help with costs of mission trips and other youth activities throughout
the year. The annual Cookie walk, Lenten Soup Suppers and Easter Breakfast are
supported by many.
